Obverse
Colours: shades of brown, green, yellow, and white
Four fifth of bank note has pale yellow-green security underprint in form of waving lines. The USSR coat of arms is in upper left corner, beneath of semi-frame with plant ornament and above cartouche with inscription. Denomination in the centre with inscription above and date below. Serial number printed in black is in between and to the right. The pale yellow cartouche with digit “1” is at the top of white panel located to the right. Watermark – rows of light and dark 5-pointed stars.

Small white panel with red-yellow digit “1” at the bottom is on the left. Large panel on the right has pale yellow-green security underprint in form of intertwined lines. Large multicoloured cartouche with yellow-green digit “1” and floral elements below is on the left. Small cartouche with red-white digit “1” is in upper right corner. Multicoloured abstract elements are forming frame with cartouches. Denomination printed in red is a centre and upper half of the frame. The denomination is repeated in cartouche with white background located in lower half of the frame. Another cartouche with inscription printed in green is at the bottom of the frame.
