Are the products on your web site genuine?

Yes, all products are genuine, not fake, not replica, not artificially aged. Almost all products are from private collections.

Do you clean the products before posting them?

It’s depending of the product type and collectible standards. For example: some silverplated spoons may be gently cleaned by our professionals. The vintage audio/photo equipment may also be cleaned or restored. The circulated banknotes, coins and postage stamps are not cleaned.

Is the product picture on your website exactly the same as item that I will receive?

Most of the photos are the actual product images. Due to photographic lighting and different devices used to view the displayed product, the colour you see may vary slightly from the actual colour of the product. Similarly, other variations may occur between the product displayed and the actual product (e.g.: circulated coins and banknotes).

How much do you charge for postage?

We offer worldwide delivery. The postage fee is vary, depending of the parcel weight, its dimensions and the destination address. The postage costs calculated and shown on the Cart and Checkout pages. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. We use Standard Australia Post Mail service. Please, contact us if you need express delivery.

Do you make quantity discounts?

Sure! Just contact us to get a quantity deal. You can also fill up the cart and contact us for better price before proceeding to checkpoint.

How safe are my payment details?

We take internet security very seriously and strictly follow industry standards. When you submit your payment details, they do not pass through our hands but instead go directly to the WooPayments servers via their cutting-edge encrypted payment systems. This ensures the highest level of payment security available. If you have any questions at all about your payment security, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How safe are my personal details?

Personal details such as your name, email address, phone phone number and address are saved and kept on ours servers using the highest security standards available. We will never offer this information to a 3rd party or send you unsolicited correspondence. We value your privacy and will protect it as we would our very own!

Important information for European countries

If your country is in Europe, please note that it’s likely you will be charged duty and/or taxes such as VAT. We have no control over how your country charges this. If you are requested to pay money upon collection of your item, this is purely between you and your country’s customs department. We do not collect VAT from you at the time of the order (some marketplaces such as Etsy or Ebay now do this) so you will most likely have to pay this when you collect your goods. Please enquire with your own customs department to find out what this cost will be.

Will I be able to return my purchase if I am not satisfied?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14-days of receiving the goods to arrange a return (20% restocking fee charges may apply, buyer pays postage), exchange or anything else which might resolve the issue for you. We love happy customers and will go above and beyond to achieve that.
