Are the products on your web site genuine?

Yes, all products are 100% genuine — not fake, not replicas, and not artificially aged. Nearly all items come from private collections.


Do you clean the products before posting them?

It depends on the product type and collectible standards. For example, some silver-plated spoons may be gently cleaned by our professionals. Vintage audio and photo equipment may also be cleaned or restored. However, circulated banknotes, coins, and postage stamps are not cleaned.


Is the product picture on your website exactly the same as item that I will receive?

Most of the photos displayed are of the actual products. If a representative image is used instead, this will be clearly noted in the item’s description. Due to photographic lighting and variations in screen displays, the colours you see may differ slightly from the actual product. Minor differences may also occur between the displayed image and the item received — particularly with circulated coins, banknotes, and other vintage collectibles.
The dimensions and weight listed in the product description may differ slightly from the actual measurements.


How much do you charge for postage?

We offer worldwide delivery. Postage fees vary depending on the parcel’s weight, dimensions, and destination address. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the Cart and Checkout pages. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. We use Standard Australia Post mail service. Please contact us if you require express delivery.


Do you make quantity discounts?

Sure! Just contact us to arrange a quantity deal. You can also fill your cart and reach out to us for a better price before proceeding to checkout.


How safe are my payment details?

We take internet security very seriously and strictly adhere to industry standards. When you submit your payment details, they are never handled by us directly — instead, they are securely transmitted to WooPayments servers via their advanced encrypted payment systems. This ensures the highest level of protection available. If you have any questions regarding payment security, please don’t hesitate to contact us.


How safe are my personal details?

Personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, and address are securely stored on our servers using the highest available security standards. We will never share this information with third parties or send you unsolicited communications. Your privacy is important to us, and we protect it as carefully as we would our own.


Important information for European countries

If you reside in Europe, please note that you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes such as VAT. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations, and we have no control over them. If you are asked to pay upon receiving your item, this is strictly a matter between you and your local customs authority. We do not collect VAT at the time of purchase (some marketplaces like Etsy or eBay may do so), so you will likely need to pay these fees when your goods arrive. For accurate information, please consult your country’s customs department.


Will I be able to return my purchase if I am not satisfied?

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return, exchange, or any other resolution that suits you. A 20% restocking fee may apply, and return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. We love happy customers and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re one of them.
